This week in Reception has been all about celebrations! We've taken the time to focus on remembrance, learning about the brave soldiers who fought for our freedom in the war. We also celebrated Diwali by exploring the story of Rama and Sita, creating beautiful rangoli patterns, Diwali dancing and handling Diya lamps. Plus, we learned about Bonfire Night, discussing Guy Fawkes and how to stay safe during the festivities. we also created our own fireworks! What a fantastic week of learning and celebration!
