This week has been anti-bullying week. We took part in a BBC live lesson where we learnt about what bullying is and how we can resolve conflict in a respectful way!

This week, Y5 have been taking part in Anti-Bullying week - focusing on respect, using respectful resolutions and suggestions even when faced with a confrontation, so that we can all voice our opinions whilst maintaining respect, kindness and courtesy for each other. We took part in a live lesson…

Year 3 have embraced Anti-Bullying Week with enthusiasm. They participated in a live lesson centered around the theme of respect, engaged in a thought provoking lesson in class and to top it off showed their creativity by wearing odd socks to school, proving that it's great to be unique!

Our diddy Delph Siders have been learning all about The Gingerbread Man. They have been using their fine motor skills to cut out decorations for paper Gingerbread people, gross motor skills to chase the Gingerbread man, and baked their own Gingerbread people.

The Hangout benefit from daily fine motor activities. Fine motor skills involve small muscles working with the brain and nervous system to control movements in areas such as hands, fingers, lips, tongue and eyes. Developing fine motor skills is key for developing life skills too.
