Year 1 - Woodland School
We have really enjoyed Woodland School this morning. First we read the story 'Whatever Next' and then created some dens for the bear to sleep in!

Refugee Day
Year 6 really enjoyed Refugee Day, and made some fab comments during our discussion about refugees and asylum-seekers. We created some artwork based Gabi Jiminez’ Work and began writing a poem. Nice work, Y6!

As part of Refugee Day, we learnt all about what makes a person a refugee and why people try to seek asylum. We also studied the famous artist, Gabi Jimenez, and created art emulating his style.

A busy week in Year 2

Making owl puppets
Year 2 have loved making their owl puppets. They designed their owls and then had a go at joining materials using a running stitch and then added details to finish their creations. They were very proud of their finished work.
