Year 3 enjoyed French Day today.  They have been learning to count to 10 in French as well as greetings and to ask how are you feeling.
 

This half term our outdoor learning task was camouflage hands.  We talked about how animals camouflage themselves in the wild and then had a go at camouflaging our hands using mud, trees and leaves around us. It was great fun!
 

Some of our Year Sixes decided to spend their hard-earned Attendance Points, today, at our Attendance Cabinet! However, some savvy customers decided to save their points for next time, in the hope of selecting particular rewards...clever!

Y6 loved finding common and proper nouns around the classroom. Things became a little silly! 

Today Year 4 #embraced our outdoor learning topic of camouflage. We looked at using leaves, sticks and anything else that could help us blend into our environment. 

Year 4 really #enjoyed the session and can't wait for the next one. 

Year 2 enjoyed using different media to draw different play equipment from the playground. Using charcoal was a big hit! Next job is to turn these into mono prints.

Today the children read a story all about Autumn. We spoke about the things you might find outside in the Autumn time. We became detectives and looked around our school, searching for signs of autumn using our magnifying glasses. We found lots of different items and learnt lots of new words along…

Year 4 are really #evolving their knowledge of times tables using 'Times Table Rockstars' 

Today we had battles with each other through 'Rock Slam' to see how could come out on top!
